dimulakan dgn bismillah...

pergi istad..kononnye nak teman kan je alia men netball.. skali..tgk dorang maen mcm ade punye syokk!!..apa lagi..teros join dorang men. but b4 dat, pusing stadium one round with alia to warming up our body!

tiba2...
time nak kejar bola..terlari backsided...
skali..kaki kiri terkebelakang sgt..pastu mcm terpusing skit..
pastu..kedeBOOM!!
falled by involuntary action....terdudk dgn kesakitan yg mcm kaki kne ketuk dgn hammer pastu kne pusing2! hahaha...

one word dat came across my mind during this moment was " abes la..mcm mner nak pegi alex nnti?? hahah..wth?? bole pulak fikir benda tu..sepatutnye..fikir la mcm mner nak pegi kelas esok kan..ish3...

bangun pagi tadi.... kebengkakkan dier mmg timbul..mcm sebulat telur..hurmm..ankle mmg dh x nampak dh..haish..

confession : actually, ni 1st time kne sprained dkt ankle..so..a bit mcm tkot la.. hurmm..

neway..thanx to mereka yg menonononolongg..smlm.. !

harap2 sembuh cpt..sbb bole maen lagi!!!haha..

~walaupon kne marah dgn mak pagi tadi.. :( ~

oh..tu la edema dier..ouch3!!!! :(

Kadang2, edema disbbkan dysregulation of the thirst response (immune la).. so, Cold liquids "quench" response more effectively than warm or lukewarm liquids.
Jadi ase nye.. ice appeases the inappropriate thirst mechanisms tanpa actually providing much liquid (yg bole exacerbate the edema), while the edema is treated (often with mild diuretics). -oh..sory about da mixing lgguage! :P-
